✦ Come as You Are ✦
Prayer & Encouragement
You are welcome here. There is hope in Christ.
✦ What Is Prayer? ✦
A Conversation with God
Prayer is simply talking with God. It is not a ritual reserved for the religious or a formula that must be performed perfectly. It is an honest, open conversation with the One who made you, knows you completely, and loves you unconditionally.
Christians pray because God invites us to. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6–7)
Jesus Himself extended this invitation: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." (Matthew 11:28–30)
✦ You Are Not Alone ✦
Whatever You Are Facing
God's Word speaks directly into the hardest seasons of life. You do not have to carry your burdens alone.
Grief & Loss
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18
God does not stand at a distance from your pain. He draws near to those who are hurting. Grief is not a sign of weak faith — it is a sign of love, and God meets you in it.
Anxiety & Fear
"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7
You were not designed to carry the weight of worry alone. God invites you to hand your fears to Him — not because they are small, but because He is greater than all of them.
Loneliness
"Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." — Hebrews 13:5
Even in seasons when you feel completely alone, God has promised His presence. You are seen. You are known. You are not forgotten.
Addiction & Struggle
"I can do all this through Him who gives me strength." — Philippians 4:13
Freedom is possible. Not through willpower alone, but through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Many have walked this road before you and found grace, healing, and a new beginning.
Uncertainty & Doubt
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." — Proverbs 3:5
Doubt is not the opposite of faith — it is often the beginning of a deeper one. Bring your questions to God honestly. He is not threatened by them.
✦ A Simple Prayer ✦
You Can Pray Like This
There is no perfect formula for prayer. But if you are not sure where to start, here is a simple prayer you can make your own:
Lord, I come to You just as I am. I don't have the right words, and I don't have it all figured out — but You already know my heart. Thank You for loving me even when I feel unworthy of it. I give You my worries, my grief, and my fears. Help me to trust You more than I trust my own understanding. Speak to me through Your Word. Draw me closer to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
✦ Prayer ✦
How Can We Pray for You?
Whatever season you're walking through, you don't have to carry everything alone. If there is something on your heart that you would like us to pray about, we invite you to share it with us. It would be our privilege to lift your request up in prayer.
✦ Testimony ✦
Your Story Could Encourage Someone Else
Sometimes the most powerful encouragement comes from hearing how God has worked in someone else's life. If you have a story of faith, redemption, forgiveness, restoration, answered prayer, or a new beginning, we'd love to hear it. Your testimony may be just what someone else needs to hear.
